Firm Culture
Sherrard & Roe is very proud of our Firm culture. The Firm's collegial and open atmosphere is one of our greatest assets. To realize our goal of hiring the best and retaining them, we take great care to hire attorneys and staff who are able to work with each other informally and with mutual respect and professionalism.
Camaraderie among our attorneys is promoted by Firm-sponsored athletic, cultural and social events, including our weekly Friday breakfasts for all attorneys during which conversation typically relates to events outside the Firm. Everyone realizes, after all, that each of us has a life outside the office. A healthy balance of work, family and community involvement continues to be the hallmark of Sherrard & Roe.
