Compensation & Benefits
The Firm offers a number of benefits in addition to a compensation package that we believe is attractive and as good as or better than that offered by other firms in Nashville. Associates are also eligible for merit-based bonuses based upon the following five factors: annual collections; professional development; contribution to the community; contribution to the firm; and Firm profitability. In addition, all associates receive the following benefits:
- Major medical including vision, short and long term disability and life insurance, flexible spending plan and emergency child care.
- Participation in the Firm's 401(k) plan and profit sharing plan, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
- Paid parking.
- Payment of registration fees and expenses of attending national, state and local continuing legal education seminars.
- Payment of certain professional association dues.
- Reimbursement for cell phones, PDAs and related service charges monthly expenses.
