Email prambsy@sherrardroe.com Phillis h. Rambsy received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2005. While at Michigan she taught courses in the Women's Studies Department as part of a graduate fellowship. Ms. Rambsy received her B.A. in English and Women's Studies from Spelman College in 1997 and her Master's Degree in English literature from the University of Kentucky in 2000. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rambsy was an instructor of English literature at the University of Kentucky. Immediately prior to joining Sherrard & Roe, Ms. Rambsy practiced at a law firm in Lexington, Kentucky where she was a part of the Business Litigation Group and represented clients in all facets of commercial disputes. Ms. Rambsy practices in the Firm's Litigation Group. She is also a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and Kentucky Bar Associations and the National Bar Association.
