Email jroe@sherrardroe.com John Roe is a founding member of Sherrard & Roe. Mr. Roe practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, municipal finance and international law. Mr. Roe graduated cum laude from Davidson College in 1969 where he was Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. He received his legal education at Vanderbilt University, graduating with first honors in 1972. At Vanderbilt he was Order of the Coif and Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Mr. Roe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association (formerly serving as Chair of the Real Estate Section), the State Bar of Georgia, and the Nashville Bar Association. He is a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, and is currently serving as Endowment Chairman of the Middle Tennessee Council.
