Mr. Roberts is an associate with Sherrard & Roe. His legal practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, commercial real estate, health care, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Roberts earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. While there, he graduated from the Vanderbilt Law & Business Program, and he served as a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Mr. Roberts earned bachelor degrees in Accountancy and in Business Administration (in Economics), both Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Mississippi. While there, he graduated from the McDonnell-Barksdale Honors College; he was elected to membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gama Sigma; and he was one of ten students inducted into the University of Mississippi Hall of Fame for the 2002/2003 school year.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Roberts worked for Ernst & Young in Memphis, Tennessee. While there, he served clients in the express package delivery, electronic payments, manufacturing, and retail industries.
