As a member of the Firm’s corporate law group, Ms. Phillips works with businesses and individuals in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including business formation and structure, day-to-day operational and governance issues, debt and equity financings and securities law compliance issues.

Ms. Phillips received her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as articles editor for the Tennessee Law Review.
