Webb Campbell chairs the Firm’s litigation group. His business litigation practice involves complex business disputes, insurance coverage issues, securities, shareholder and other corporate governance litigation, business torts, trust and estate litigation and employment cases. In addition to his state and federal trial and appellate work, Mr. Campbell is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations (including NASD arbitrations) and judicial settlement conferences.

Mr. Campbell regularly represents financial firms, health care companies and other businesses, as well as individuals, in commercial disputes. He also represents the largest medical professional liability insurer in Tennessee on coverage issues.

Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Mississippi Law Journal. Mr. Campbell served as law clerk to the Honorable John T. Nixon of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
