Andrée Blumstein’s general business and civil practice emphasizes the substantive areas of health law, antitrust, transnational law, employment law, distribution law, and state and local tax law. She is experienced in civil appellate litigation, as well as contract negotiation and drafting.
Mrs. Blumstein graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif and was a member and editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She also holds a Ph.D. in Germanic languages and literature from Yale University and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
